Players interested in competitive soccer will take part in a two-day Player Placement Process (PPP). This gives our coaches a chance to get to know each player and place them on a team where they’ll be challenged, supported, and able to grow.

During PPP, players participate in drills and small-sided games while coaches evaluate:

• Ball skills

• Speed of play

• Game understanding

• Physical ability

• Attitude and coachability

Each player receives a number at check-in to keep evaluations organized. Coaches use what they see, along with any past evaluations, to form balanced teams and plan for the season.
